Roasted coffee is not ready the day it ships. It has to rest, and the window depends on how you brew it — espresso and filter differ, and both eventually close. So the store treats roast date as logic rather than a label: every bag traces back to its roast batch by QR code, and the product page says whether that coffee is too fresh, at its best, or past it.
Grind is chosen per order instead of being a product variant, so one coffee never becomes ten SKUs. Customers can compose their own blends, and each recipe is calculated from its component coffees. The packaging labels, Indonesian compliance strip included, are generated from the same records.

Building a house is unfamiliar territory for the person paying for it, so the site is organised around what they are actually worried about — what happens at each stage, what the scope covers, what an estimate is made of.
